The University of South Florida's Naval ROTC Program is
commencing its 6th year during the Fall semester of
2007. We are a program of record and
in a dynamic state.
We have achieved National Acclaim with our 1st
Place Award winning Color Guard. In every imaginable
local activity from the Heart and Cancer Walks and Toys
for Tots, to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers Football,
Lightening Hockey, Devil Rays Baseball, Orlando Magic,
and USF Bulls Athletic events, you'll find USF NROTC
midshipmen, Marines, and Officer Candidates in the
trenches and behind the scenes making things happen.
Our students earn commissions as Ensigns and 2nd
Lieutenants in the United States Navy and Marine Corps.
They fly and operate the most sophisticated aircraft,
ships and weapons systems on earth with no rival.
USF is classified as a Tier 1 Carnegie Foundation
Research Institution and one of the top two Universities
in Research and Development growth in the Nation. If
you've got the right stuff, are motivated for a
challenging education and service to the Nation, your
