Preparatory Command-Parade

Command of Execution-Rest

This command can only be used while at the position of attention. On the Preparatory Command you will not move. On the Command of Execution you will extend your left leg approx. shoulder width apart to the left and at the same time pull your fully extended arms behind you and place your hands right over left and making an x with your two thumbs. Your hands should be resting on your butt with your arms not bent. Before any other command is given the flight must be brought back to the position of attention.
